Current members may sign up online by filling out the form below. Be prepared to upload a digital copy of one of the follow forms of verification:

  • Copy of DD214 Form. Get it Here
  • Copy of Recent paystub from the military in the name of the member
  • Copy of a valid Driver License, with “VETERAN,” designation

  • Accepted file types: jpg, png, pdf, doc, jpeg, Max. file size: 2 MB.
