UPDATE: Our new “SmartConnect” online account management system is expected to launch Friday, July 14. In order to make sure that we are bringing you the best new system, we are smoothing out all of the kinks first. Thank you for your continued patience as we make this upgrade!

 

NEC Co-op Energy is upgrading to a new online account management system. There’s no action needed from you and your rate plan will not be affected, but you will be prompted to update your current online password after the launch. Our new billing portal will include updates that will better serve our members, making it easier for you to:
  • View full account history and monthly
    energy usage
  • Enroll for service and other programs (like 50/50 referrals!)
  • Make real-time payments with our “SmartConnect” system
  • Enjoy an overall more user-friendly system
  • Read and understand your bill

** There will be NO disconnections for non-payment or late fees applied during this transition process.
