NEC Co-op Energy Receives Zero PUCT Complaints According to Recent Customer Complaint Statistics - NEC Coop

NEC Co-op Energy is proud to be a trusted community partner who strives to improve our member’s quality of life. As your award-winning Texas electricity provider, we are not only the Caller Times Best of the Best #1 Electricity provider for seven years running, we are also proud to announce that a recent report released by the Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUCT) shows that we have zero PUCT complaints since October 2020, and scored the highest among retail electric providers for lowest consumer complaints.
The Public Utility Commission of Texas is a state agency that regulates Texas’ electric, water, and telecommunication utilities, as well as receives these utility’s customer complaints. Electric utility customer complaint data is compiled and released throughout the year by the PUCT in their Customer Complaint Statistics and Retail Electric Provider Scorecard documents.
The results are in and NEC Co-op Energy scored the highest among retail electric providers for lowest consumer complaints. We have had zero service complaints, billing complaints, and zero complaints among other categories since October 1, 2020.
