Go ahead, take a few minutes to tell the Co-op how we are doing

Each year, members are given several opportunities to voice their opinion. We send new members surveys on their enrollment experience and we send members who disconnect service a survey on why they left. We print and collect surveys at the annual meeting and occasionally we send a fact gathering survey to help guide leadership decisions.

But the most important of all by far is the annual Member Satisfaction Survey. As the grand poobah of all member surveys, the cooperative leadership highly values your answers to these carefully crafted questions. After all, we are here to serve you and we strive to meet and exceed your needs everyday.
