Member Services: Speak with a member services representative by calling 1-855-632-7348, Ext. 4. They can assist you with setting up automatic bill payment and answer any questions you may have about the process. 

Customer Portal: Visit our customer portal at neccoopenergy.com. Log in to your account and navigate to the payment settings to enable auto payment. You can select your preferred payment method and settings.
