Attention AUTOPAY members: due to #HurricaneHarvey we are temporarily delayed in processing autodraft payments. Your autodraft payment may also be delayed depending on your bank and if they are processing yet.
As a reminder: there will be no late penalties added to accounts or disconnection notices processed until further notice.
