Escalent, a top human behavior and analytics firm has released a new study which surveyed over 5,300 residential customers, found that NEC Co-op Energy is the highest scored retail brand in Texas. According to the study, in the 2019 highly competitive Texas electric market, customers are now less likely to recommend their retail electric provider compared to previous years. However, this is not the case for NEC Co-op Energy. Due to strong and lasting connections with our members, Texas Electric Provider, NEC Co-op Energy leads the way in top scoring net promoter scores among competition.
