Electricity Company, NEC Retail’s Payment Center in Victoria, TX is currently not able to receive phone calls or e-mails. AT&T is working to restore the mass outage.
Don’t forget you can pay your payment online using NEC Retail’s online account management system, NEC eBiz! You can use it to manage your account, sign-up for auto-draft or level billing and view your current and past months electric bills.
Don’t want to forget to call back or not a fan of online payments? Don’t worry, we have several ways to connect with members.
- You can send an e-mail to payments@necretail.com and they will respond as soon as they are able to or e-mail contact@necretail.com and an enrollment specialist can assist you.
- Additionally, you can call the Robstown, TX enrollment office at 1-855-632-7348 and select option #3
